At Houston Book Publisher, we are committed to delivering high-quality publishing, design, and marketing services for authors worldwide. Every project we accept is handled with professional attention to detail, and we aim for complete client satisfaction.
We proudly offer unlimited revisions on deliverables within the agreed project scope until the approved creative direction is achieved.
Refund eligibility is determined by the stage of project completion at the time of the request:
Non-refundable items include: ISBN registrations, printing costs, paid advertising campaigns, third-party platform fees, and domain purchases.
To request a refund, please contact us in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery at billing@houstonbookpublisher.com. Include your project name, invoice number, and reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.
If you wish to cancel your project before completion, email support@houstonbookpublisher.com. Work already completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. Any drafts or creative assets developed before cancellation remain the property of Houston Book Publisher unless otherwise agreed in writing.
